Artwork Information
• NO ARTWORK CHARGE when acceptable digital file or camera ready artwork is supplied.
|
• NO CHARGE FOR TYPESETTING up to 4 lines of typeset copy is free. 5 or more lines of typeset copy will incur an artwork charge.
|
• LOWER ARTWORK CHARGE only $30.00(G) for basic artwork when an unacceptable digital file or non-camera ready artwork is supplied. You will be notified in advance if artwork requires additional time and will incur higher artwork charge.
|
• ACCEPTABLE FILES Vector, native or EPS files created in Adobe Illustrator (any version) are preferred and produce the highest quality imprints. Please convert all text to curves/outlines to avoid font issues. Raster images such as a TIFF, EPS, BMP, etc. are acceptable for one color imprints if the file is saved in black and white bitmap format to size or larger and is of a resolution of 800 dpi or higher.

• SUPPLY A FILE: FTP upload artwork on our web site at www.allenmugs.com, E-mail attachment to artwork@allenmugs.com or mail a Compact Disc. Please "ZIP" or "STUFF" the file whenever possible. A HARD COPY OF ARTWORK MUST BE SUPPLIED VIA FAX OR MAIL TO INSURE ACCURACY OF FILE. ORDER WILL NOT BE PLACED INTO PRODUCTION UNTIL RECEIVED.

Camera Ready Art
• ACCEPTABLE ART: Complete, clean black and white color separated artwork supplied as a stat, pmt or laser print of 1200 dpi to size or larger.
Artwork containing dot patterns or halftones must be supplied at 100% to size and output at 50 lines per inch.

Four Color Process & Sublimation
• ACCEPTABLE FILES: Vector, native or EPS files created in Adobe Illustrator preferred.

Stock Type Styles
The type styles listed below are available in medium, bold or italic form. A5 and A23 are available in all capital letters only. Script type styles look best in upper and lower case letters. |

STOCK CERAMIC INK COLORS
Stock ink colors are Color Craft’s standard inks and are readily available for most items at no additional charge. Colors are approximate and may appear different on colored mugs. PMS identifying numbers are indicated below each color number.
PMS colors are designed for offset printing on paper and should be used only as a guideline when using with ceramic inks.

COLOR MATCH
PMS colors are in reference to white mugs only. PMS colors will change on color mugs or if applied over another color. Production run may vary slightly from pre-production sample or speculative sample. Requests for colors other than standard must be clearly marked "MATCH SWATCH ENCLOSED" and be accompanied by the swatch of color to be matched.
There will be a charge of $25.00(G) for each color to be matched on orders less than 576 pieces.
There is no charge for color matching on orders of 576 pieces or more.

Air dry inks are available at no additional charge and are used on our acrylic, lexan, plastic, polycarbonate and stainless steel items. items.

Neon Inks
Neon inks provide a cool alternative to standard inks and enable your imprint to stand out from the crowd!
• NEON INKS ON WHITE ITEMS ARE PRICED AS A STANDARD IMPRINT.
• NEON INKS ON COLORED OR GLASS ITEMS ARE PRICED AS FOLLOWS:
To price a colored or glass item with neon ink(s), figure color(s) to be imprinted plus a white base (required).
Example: A blue mug with blaze orange and saturn yellow imprint plus white base is priced as a three color imprint.
• Neon ink colors can only be used with other neon ink colors or air dry ink colors.
They cannot be used in conjunction with ceramic ink colors.
