ARTWORK INFORMATION:

• NO ARTWORK CHARGE when acceptable digital file or complete camera ready artwork is supplied.
• NO CHARGE FOR TYPESETTING up to 4 lines of copy. 5 or more lines of typeset copy will incur an artwork charge.
• LOWER ARTWORK CHARGE only $30.00(G) for basic artwork when unacceptable digital file or non-camera ready artwork is supplied. You will be notified in advance should your artwork require additional time and will incur a higher artwork charge.
• Above information excludes four color process, sublimation and decals.

DIGITAL FILES:

• ACCEPTABLE FILES: Vector, native or EPS files created in Adobe Illustrator (any version), Macromedia Freehand (any version) or Corel Draw (version 10.0) are preferred and produce the highest quality imprints. Please convert all text to curves/outlines to avoid font issues. Raster images such as a TIFF, EPS, BMP, etc. are acceptable for one color imprints if the file is saved in black and white bitmap format to size or larger and is of a resolution of 800 dpi or higher.
• SUPPLY A FILE: Upload your file via our web site "DigiSend" artwork transfer or e-mail attachment to artwork@allenmugs.com or mail a diskette, ZIP disk or Compact disc. Please "ZIP" or "STUFF" the file whenever possible.
• A HARD COPY PRINT, FAX, JPEG, OR PDF FILE MUST ACCOMPANY ALL DIGITAL FILES. ORDER WILL NOT BE PLACED INTO PRODUCTION UNTIL RECEIVED.

CAMERA READY ART:

• ACCEPTABLE ART: Complete, clean black and white color seperated artwork supplied as a stat, pmt or laser print of 1200 dpi to size or larger. Artwork containing halftones must be supplied at 100% to size and output at 50 lines per inch.

ARTWORK PROOFS & VIRTUAL SAMPLES:

• FAX or DIGITAL PROOF: Available upon request at no additional charge.
• VIRTUAL SAMPLE: Available upon request at a charge of $15.00(G) per item with an acceptable digital file or camera ready artwork. A virtual sample which requires artwork to be produced by our artist will incur an artwork charge plus the virtual sample charge.
